When you join our firm, you’ll be assigned a senior colleague who’s been down that route before. This person provides active and ongoing support for your career direction and professional growth. The mentor usually offers the mentee feedback on work, participates in performance evaluation twice a year, and measures your progress against your goals and KPIs.


Your EcoVision mentor is there to help you succeed, and is often your ‘sounding board’, providing you advice—whether you’re handling a difficult client, dealing with a technical issue or making an important career decision.
